OVERVIEW:

Dr. Soule's research interests include organizing in the digital economy, digital transformation of organizations, technology and innovation, organizational learning, and organizational culture. Her research examines how organizations apply and adapt to advancing digital technologies and pervasive connected data. Most recently her work explores the cultural dimensions that support and shape successful digital transformation in organizations. She has written extensively for management practitioners on digital transformation, innovation, collaboration and organizational learning themes.
